Understanding Your Invoice

In order to maintain our accreditation, your pet's medical records are reviewed by our Medical Auditor after each visit.

As an accredited practice with the American Animal Hospital Association, Brook Farm is evaluated on over 900 standards of veterinary excellence. AAHA-accredited hospitals are thorough, responsive, sanitary, and safe, because your pet deserves nothing less. In order to maintain our accreditation, your pet's medical records are reviewed by our Medical Auditor after each visit. The Medical Auditor helps to ensure that your pet receives proper care by monitoring the vaccinations, medications, and treatments during their visit. They also ensure that the fees incurred accurately reflect the services that were performed.

Why am I receiving a statement?

After your pet's records are thoroughly audited, we may find that a balance is owed or a credit is due. Should this occur, we will promptly notify you in order to ensure that your account is kept current. Proper accounting ensures that your pet receives quality medicine and helps us retain highly qualified professional staff.
