The Lodge at Brook Farm Veterinary Center offers exceptional dog and cat care services in Patterson. We take a holistic approach to pet care and believe that exercise, socialization, enrichment, as well as proper nutrition and physical wellness, greatly enhance the lives of pets.

Our guests enjoy enrichment-based day camp, overnight lodging, and a variety of wellness services. Our Lodge is led by a team of passionate veterinary professionals and pet lovers. We provide each pet with a high employee-to-guest ratio, allowing us to effectively observe each guest, their preferences, body language, and comfort level. Our team members are all trained in canine and feline behavior and body language, safe/low-stress handling skills, and pet first aid and CPR.

Dog Lodging

One Guest, Single Room - $36.98 /day ($52.99 for overnight-only stays)

Two Guests, Single Room - $63.09 /day ($72.68 for overnight-only stays)

Three Guests, Double Room - $91.04 /day ($95.88 for overnight-only stays)

Cat Lodging

One Guest, Single Room - $32.59 /day ($47.18 for overnight-only stays)

Double Room - $45.14 /day

Pricing Structure

To ensure that your pet's room is reserved for the duration of their stay, we charge per day. For guests leaving before noon, the final day of lodging is discounted by 50%. For overnight stays, a special discounted rate applies.

During holidays and peak weekends, a peak rate of $5.10/day will apply.

While we are happy to accommodate special diets, we are happy to provide our high-quality meals in-house for a flat rate of $6.25/day.

Hours

We strongly recommend that you allot up to 20 minutes for check-in and check-out to ensure we can answer any questions and discuss your pet's arrangements. Please complete your consent forms and payment electronically at least 24-hours prior to your visit to avoid delays.

Monday through Friday - 9am to 5pm

Saturday - 8am to 1pm

Sunday - 4pm to 6pm (pickup only; please go directly to Lodge entrance for assistance.)

Requirements

Dogs: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella (within 6 months), Influenza

Cats: Rabies, Distemper

All guests must have proof of negative stool sample within 6 months. If your pet is not up-to-date on these requirements, additional medical lodging fees will apply, and we will require your pet to be vaccinated during their stay.

Belongings

While we make every effort to ensure that personal belongings are kept safe, we disclaim all liability for lost, damaged, or soiled goods.

Understanding additional fees

The materials, equipment, and team members utilized when providing high-quality veterinary care can add complexity to the estimating process. For example, when biological waste is produced - such as when a needle is used during treatment - a small fee is assessed to help us properly and safely dispose of it. We'll always be sure to include these fees on any treatment plans that we provide.
