Brook Farm Veterinary Center cares about your pet's health. During office hours, our in-office receptionist will answer your calls, while during the night, the answering service can direct your call. Dr. Kanouse is on call throughout the night for emergencies. For emergencies, our answering service may direct you to a local emergency clinic. Dr. Kanouse and his staff will receive a report of the visit in the morning.
The office receives a transcript from the answering service stating each call that was answered. Each client's call is carefully reviewed and usually called.
For non-urgent matters, feel free to contact us via email. There may be a 12-24 hour response time.
